Chris Mortesen of ESPN reports that Jets quarterback Erik Ainge is the previously unknown eighth player who tested positive for a banned diuretic. But, per Mort, Ainge didn’t take StarCaps. Instead, he took a diuretic he obtained from his girlfriend. So the confirmation of the four-game suspension doesn’t necessarily mean that the StarCappers will lose their appeals.
