Giants RB Derrick Ward ran for 215 yards to lead New York to home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.

I hope this is the NFC Title game and I hope Carolina wins. Nothing against the Giants, but I just like the team Carolina has and it would be nice to win one for the owner in case things get worse.

Eli looked pretty cool to me converting 3rd downs and leading his team on a few big drives….running backs looked even better
The Giants didn’t deserve to win that game, mainly because that penalty on Ken Lucas was complete BS. Lucas was looking back at the ball the entire time, and he did a good job of preventing the push-off attempt by the WR, and he made a nice play while never taking his eyes off of the ball. That was a great defensive play and the refs totally blew the call… if anything they should have called pass interference on the WR for attempting to push off.
That terrible call basically handed the Giants the tying TD.
That’s about the 10th game this season I’ve seen won by bad officiating.

Actually, I’m glad we lost, mainly so that it will get Tavaris Jackson out of there for the playoffs, thus giving us a chance at the title. Regardless, I think you should realize that most fans (like myself) aren’t at all like you, in that the success or failure of their favorite team doesn’t mean as much to them as it does to you. I guess, what I’m getting at is that if you are so bent out of shape that part of you dies whenever your team loses, you should take a hard look at your priorities in life.

Walty Coleman and his crew really suck. This was another great game tainted by bad refs and questionable calls, or more specific, non calls for 90% of the game, then deciding the game on the only holding penalty and pass int of the game?
This a game where there really was holding on every play. Because the refs established they were not going to throw the flag no matter how obvious a hold or the push off/ interference. Smith was blatantly holding, but so was the LG on the final TD the exact same way. He was falling backward into the endzone and dragging his DT with him by the shoulder pads. Walt and his crew never established the line, and let so many calls go during the game, they may have well just ate the flags and whistles down the stretch all together.
I am a Raven fan, but an NFL fan first, and this is the second big game in a row Walt Coleman and his crew botched. I really hope he does not get a playoff game. I think the Steelers may have won anyway, and this game may have turned out the same as well, but the refs still made way too much impact on the outcome to be certain.
