Uh, I’m sorry but while you’re trying to put Lynch in jail and get him suspended, where’s the story about Ahmad Bradshaw? He checked into the clink for another 30-day stretch today. Where’s the outrage? So he did something when he was a juvenile? He’s still in freaking jail. Where’s the call for a suspension?
OK, finally I see the story posted at 9:59 p.m. He should be suspended. He’s in JAIL!

Yikes. Thanks guys, but I’m well aware that Florio was referring to Thurman. I was merely pointing out that Buffalo has had more than their fair share of moronic running backs in their day; I think a DOZEN children out of wedlock between two men is certainly relevant when making that point.
Do I need to bring up O.J. Simpson?
Lynch is the latest oddity in a long line of oddities surrounding Bills running backs.

take a deep breath Bills fan. He said ‘possibly’ and ‘on-track’. That’s a bit different than saying they equal each other. Florio’s point is that this is the 2nd time in 2 years there’s a possibility he could get suspended by the league.
And every Free Agent, including Fred, wants a multi year deal, that wasn’t the ‘story’ he was breaking, nor was he going ESPN. He was stating that now with Marshawn on his 2nd strike in less than 12 months, Fred is more likely to get what he was looking for.
You make us Bills fans look retarded.

Seriously, I know its slow for football these days, but..
C’MON MAN!!
You guys have a serious beef with Lynch, and I don’t get it. He’s a hard runner, who does and says all the right things. When he was pressed by local media to call out the coaches, he blamed himself and said he needed to do more with the touches he was given, and then he did it.
The guy made a mistake, and as lawyers, I would hope you had enough sense to know that he is innocent of any crime he is charged with, until he has been proven guilty by a jury of his peers.

This is a no-brainer. Fred was going to get a nice pay raise anyway. The Bills are almost $24 million under the cap. This will get done.

Wow, Florio. That’s quite a stretch.
And BuffaloBills.com reported, months ago, that Jackson wanted a multi-year deal. Way to go all ESPN on them and “Break” this story.
All of this media attention, that is sure to come from Marshawn’s poor decision, is just going to cloud the fact that Jackson should be getting a nice contract from the Bills anyway. He is a tremendous change-of-pace back, and a great compliment to Lynch’s running style. Even before Lynch’s arrest, Buffalo would have been insane not to resign Freddy Jackson.

For thoose of you that do not get it, Thurman Thomas lost his helmet in the Superbowl. Which is find of ironic, since the Bills couldn’t find the uprights in the 1st Superbowl, and the end zone or defense on the other 3!!
Ok, start the Vikes bashing, I am sure it is coming!! Be happy Bills fans, we are the only 0-4 teams in Superbowl history!! We both suck!!!

They’re already there. Lynch’s two predecessors, Travis Henry and Willis McGahee, have a combined dozen children out of wedlock. Henry is responsible for 75% of that litter. And that’s not counting McGahee’s Toronto comments, either (which appear more prophetic than moronic).
Jackson is far more likely to get an extension than the team pursuing another player should something happen with Lynch. Jackson deserved a new deal even before this incident, and was probably going to get it.
