I don’t mind Ray Lewis shopping himself. I think he was sincere in saying that his heart is with the team where he’s spent his whole career, but who doesn’t want to get paid what the market says they’re worth … especially with the ridiculous staggering numbers that NFL players get paid?
I like that the Lions are keeping 93 out of play this season in respect of the death of Corey Smith. On the surface it doesn’t sound like much, but it’s a really nice thing to do for his family. When you lose someone you love, little gestures like this mean a lot.
Because Cato June left Buffalo without a contract, is his Buffalo quote basically just BS and a way to try to keep up his market value for where he makes his next visit?

Is this guy serious? Does he really think anybody would swallow this line after the way he kissed up to Dallas and the Jets? What kind of moron would buy this crap now after the way Ray threw himself at those other teams. Then, again, these are Ravens fans we’re talking about. Oh well, let’s see how they cheer him when he does that chicken dance before games.
