Orlando Visits Chicago

Free-agent tackle Orlando Pace, who was cut earlier this month by the Rams, has now had two official visits. His first stop was Baltimore, where he likely would supplant Willie Anderson at right tackle. His next stop is Chicago, as reported by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and confirmed by the Chicago Tribune. Pace would likely compete with recently-signed Kevin Shaffer at right tackle. Chris Williams, a first-round pick in 2008, is expected to play left tackle. The Bears have lost both starting tackles from 2008. John Tait retired and John St. Clair signed with the Browns.
