Cardinals nose tackle Gabe Watson, a restricted free agent, has signed his one-year tender offer, according to a league source. Watson is now under contract for $1.545 million in 2009. The fourth-round pick in the 2006 draft was tendered at the second-round level. Watson started 16 games in 2007. In 2008, he had eleven regular-season appearances, and he played in every postseason game. His only start of the year came in the Super Bowl.
