Pete Carroll Revisits Sanchez Tantrum

USC coach Pete Carroll drew criticism in January when he acted like a USDA-certified bag-o-douche at the press conference during which quarterback Mark Sanchez said he’d be giving up his final year of eligibility to play football without a W-2.
Carroll is now trying to explain himself.
But his explanation is quite lame.

  1. Is this what Carroll does on USC Pro Days?
Last year, he bitched because his “precious wittle” players were being treated too harshly by NFL team reps.
Hey Pete, maybe that’s why your players tend to stink it up once they make the switch to NFL – kinda like you.

  2. Losing more and more respect for Carroll every time he speaks. That’s too bad because he seems to have the kids interests in mind.

  3. Hey, he’s Pete Carroll. He will tell a joke, flash a smile and continue to get away with anything he wants.

  4. Carroll was just upset because he watched his National Championship walk out the door.
No D, no QB? It’ll be a rough year for US…..oh wait the play in the PAC-10? Nevermind, they’ll be fine.

  5. FLORIO, YOUR A LAWYER, YET YOU ACT LIKE A JUDGE AND A SHRINK. ENOUGH OF YOUR AGENDA, JUST GIVE US GOOD RUMORS AND STORIES AND SAVE YOUR FRIGIN AGENDA FOR WHEN YOU ARE OUT HAVING BEERS WITH YOUR BUDDIES. THIS CRAP MAKES YOU LOOK LIKE A VINDICTIVE ASSHOLE. WHAT DID PETE EVER DO TO YOU?? AND WHAT THE HELL MAKES YOU THINK THAT MAYBE HE HAS AN IDEA OF WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT? KEEP YOUR DAMN USC HATRED TO YOURSELF, AND I AM GLAD YOU LOST RICH RODRIQUEZ.

  6. shut up sim, pete carroll is a douche bag. always lobbying for a national championship even though they don’t deserve it? and what kind of program just CLAIMS a national title even though they didn’t play for it?

  7. Seems like Carroll is in damage control mode. He acted like a child when it came to Sanchez leaving and now he has to redeem himself so he doesn’t scare away potential recruits.
