It is not that I don’t think Beanie is a good player, just that we don’t need him and what it would have cost to get him. Pierre was very good last year when used, he can handle the load. We can get a RB in the 4th. If we had traded up for a LB or a DT that would have been fine, but we don’t need another 1st round RB especially at what it would cost to get him. Now lets steal Leroy Hill from the Seahawks and finally replace Shanle.

Have you seen an interview with the guy? Always has a smile on his face and never has anything bad to say about anyone.
His injuries have been cleared by a doctor, he participated in the Combine and workouts, he’s healthy. He’s had two injuries that I can think of his entire career. He missed three games in three years at OSU. He’ll be fine. The Cards got a good character guy, as well as a great talent.

The guy scares me with his injury history and his reputation for not playing hurt. (I would say he is a wuss, but I would get killed out on an NFL football field…….on second thought Wells may find that they hit even harder in the NFL.)
I would like to see them target Rashad Jennings out of Liberty if they stay in the fourth round and don’t trade up. They may have to get back into the late third to get Jennings. If not, they may try to move into the upper part of the third and get Shonn Greene from Iowa. He is a bruiser and would really be a great compliment to Florio’s favorite player Reggie Bush. Greene is not the sharpest tool in the shed and he may struggle in the Saints complicated offense. But if Bush could learn it I guess Florio would agree that anyone can.
