The Atlanta Falcons announced the addition of unrestricted free agent linebacker Edmond Miles today, a transaction intended to bolster the special teams. Miles led the Miami Dolphins in special teams tackles with 16 stops in 2007. The 6'0", 240-pound former University of Iowa player was limited to two games and one tackle last season with the New York Giants. At Iowa, Miles registered 207 career tackles, five sacks, one interception, and 23 tackles for losses.
