Citing police reports, the article states that McIntyre has been accused of masturbating outside of a 59-year-old woman’s house on March 20. The woman alleges that she heard a knock at her window, then witnessed a man masturbating outside of her house. According to the report, the woman described the man as 5'10,” with dreadlocks. When officers saw McIntyre on his bicycle, the woman identified him by saying: “That’s him.” McIntyre is listed at 6'0,” 258 pounds on the Bills’ official roster. In his police mug shot, McIntyre has a dreadlocks hairstyle. Denying the charges, McIntyre said that he wasn’t masturbating or exposing himself. He described his activity as his usual bicycle run when questioned by police officers. According to the report, the woman had called 911 the previous week after hearing her door bell ring and allegedly saw a man outside her window masturbating. McIntyre, who has also played for the Atlanta Falcons, New Orleans Saints and Cleveland Browns after going undrafted out of West Virginia, was booked into jail Thursday night and is free today on $10,000 bail.
