It will give me a chance to show that I’m versatile, and kind of a new beginning. I get to start all over with the new staff and coach in here.”
Tyson Jackson and Alex McGee aren’t the first defensive line duo the Chiefs have drafted high with big expectations.
Said Raiders rookie LB Frantz Joseph, “If you’re a Raider, you’re either fast or you’re nasty. I really feel like I’m the physical type that can help them get better.”

Said Eagles offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg of TE Brent Celek, “You call his number and he’s going to get it done. You call a run to his side and he’s going to get it done. You call a run away from him and he is going to get the cutoff block . He is just so consistent and dependable, and there is a trust factor that goes into it.”

Jesus Alper….you must be really scraping the bottom of the news barrel with that Tony Banks story.
“Michael Irvin’s foundation pledged $40,000 to help pay medical bills for paralyzed Cowboys scouting assistant Rich Behm.”
Nice. Don’t forget to watch 4th and Long with Michael Irvin Monday night @10 Eastern on Spike. Followed by Pro’s vs. Joe’s with Pacman Jones.
Said Raiders rookie LB Frantz Joseph, “If you’re a Raider, you’re either fast or you’re nasty.
sounds like bill ramanowski was in his ear
Alex Smith should not be wearing number 80. That number should be retired by the Pats. Troy Brown was a huge part of the franchise for 15 years and was a great leader and would do whatever was asked of him, even if that meant playing defense late in his career. He won the game against the Chargers in the 2006 divisional round by forcing a fumble after Brady threw an interception. He’s the best receiver and kick returner in team history, give him the credit he deserves and don’t let anyone ever wear number 80 again.
[Reader's note: Florio's quips almost always are not funny.]
Please quit following Chick Ludwig, he is a Grade-A douchebag.
Said Vikings RB Adrian Peterson of Brett Favre, “I’m a big fan of him. I grew up watching him and just loving the passion he played with. That would be something he would definitely bring to the locker room.”

What Peterson fails to comprehend is that his passion will be brought only to Favre’s own locker room, and no other players will be allowed in that locker room, lest they discover Favre trying to remove the sand from his vagina or the stick from his ass.
where’s the Bears one liner, find something… anything
seems lazy to do every team except one
Ok, Manny Lawson gained weight purposely…it’s been reported for several months now that that was the intention from the start. He was drafted to rush the QB, and at his previous weight he couldn’t get past the O-Line. He did not gain the weight by snacking…he was screwing with the idiot reporters who obviously aren’t very big fans. If he gained 20 pounds of fat, you could tell it by looking at him…don’t post stories from people who don’t know the difference between their ass and a hole in the ground.
Florio says: Browns WR Mike Furrey and QB Brady Quinn trained together in 2003. [Editor’s note: I don’t really have anything to add; I just wanted to run the string to four in a row.]
How could you miss such and easy softball like this? [Editors note: Did they also take pictures grabbing each other's crotches?]
