A little leg work on your own part would have found that on a cincy news website before calling the guy a bum. This was his first off-field offense. Yeah he made a big mistake but his wife was going into labor so I’m sure he did the first thing that came to mind. I probably would have done the same before thinking of a taxi. I’m not condoning his actions but he’s one of our good ones and had a damn good reason to be rushing home. You guys act like these guys aren’t like the rest of us. I guarantee 80% of the guys on this website have driven home after a night at the bar or out with buddies when they shouldn’t have. Now I can understand if this guy had a wrap sheet like Chris Henry but he doesn’t. He’s a good guy who was worried about his wife going into labor. Get off his back.
