Cornwell Acknowledges That Stallworth Had Marijuana In His System

In a statement issued on Tuesday night regarding the evidence relating to the Donte' Stallworth DUI manslaughter case, attorney David Cornwell acknowledges that evidence soon will surface that marijuana was detected in Stallworth's system.

Recently, Browns executive Jim Brown said that marijuana was involved in the incident.  Though Brown didn't name his source, he also said that he had spoken to Commissioner Roger Goodell regarding the situation.

    Even President Bam-Bam has bud in his system.

    I agree, some crazy high % of people have marijuana in thier system.

    This is a non issue.

    I think the point is he was driving and hit and killed someone when it was in his system. I don't touch the stuff anymore, but I do think it's moronic that it hasn't been legalized. That said, you shouldn't light up and drive.

    Pointless for them to make a spectacle of it. He is going to be on the fast road for more tests as a result of the alcohol alone is he not?

    This man killed someone under the influence of not only alcohol but now weed too. Only 30 days is crazy. I don't care how many of us smoke a little sum sum, don't put us in the category of murderers. And if we had killed someone under those circumstances, we would have been serving 8-10 years. So cover for him all you want, but if you ever get yourself in that situation don't hope for the same slap on the wrist.
