Receiver Patrick Turner has $700,000 more (less taxes) than he had a week ago.
According to Edgar Thompson of the Palm Beach Post, Turner and the Dolphins have agreed to terms on a four-year deal.
Turner, a third-round pick in the draft who caught ten touchdowns last season at USC, will earn $2.3 million. He gets a signing bonus of $700,000.
"Now it's just football," Turner said from the NFL Rookie Symposium in Palm Beach Gardens. "That stuff is over and done with; it's a good feeling."
Turner is the third Dolphins' draft pick to agree to terms. The others are fifth-round tight end John Nalbone snd sixth-round offensive tackle Andrew Gardner.
Word. I was kinda pissed when they drafted him, but by all accounts he's been impressive so far in OTA's, which is bad news for Brandon London.

If you like slow possession receivers...Dwayne Jarret anyone?
