And so a guy whose dad spent plenty of time in the NFL could soon be the next starter with the Eagles — and thus the next B.C. signal-caller to play pro ball.
Justin Tuggle, son of former Falcons linebacker Jessie Tuggle, is a redshirt sophomore in Chestnut Hill, and Justin Tuggle is in the mix to become the top guy on the depth chart.
