Cardinals DT Darnell Dockett has a "major announcement" he wants to get off his chest, or at least on his Twitter page.
But you'll have to wait until 8:15 ET to find out what it is.
Considering that his agent Drew Rosenhaus also says to pay attention, it's easy to speculate that it could be contract related. (Or, who knows, maybe Dockett has been hired by the fans of the Phoenix Coyotes to lower ticket prices.)
That Dockett can essentially hold his own press conference via Twitter says something about our new media culture.
That we will slavishly be watching says it's working. (And that we're fresh out of non-McNair news in the NFL.)
UPDATE (by Florio): Warren Sapp's Twitter response to the tactic by Dockett and Rosenhaus? "Really you two should be shot." Though it's perhaps not the best choice of words in light of recent events, there might be more than a few people who agree with the opinions of "QBKilla."

Didn't Rosenhaus act as Sapp's agent when he came out of college? I seem to remember Rosenhaus sitting next to Sapp on TV during the draft. I guess there might be some animosity there.
He probably bought a fan to air out the meeting room, his teammates call him fart box for a reason.
