some of these young punks now days are so cocky, and they think they can execute the perfect crime and get away with it. last year a neighbor kid vandalized his own car after he was upset that i had put a sign in my front yard which said “slow down a-hole!!!” since this same kid was a continual speeder. i saw him take a photo of my sign with his phone camera. then the next day he filed a false police report saying that i had vandalized his trashed bmw car since he had scrawled a similar “slow down a-hole” on his own car in his attempt to frame me. i am sure he filed an insurance claim to try to get a new paint job, as well as frame me for a crime. the cops did not pursue charging me when i told them my side of the story, and that i would love to defend myself against this dirt bag who thought he was a criminal genius.

What “Jett Jackson” told police about using a mobile device as explanation for the time difference is an ABSOLUTE LIE.
I am a software programmer. The time on your computer screen/phone is NEVER used for database storage. A system like Myspace that has millions of users sharing a database will use the centralized time ON THE SERVER for all timestamps.
And how smart do you really have to be to fake a murder-suicide and have the entire population question be suspicious. Even if this girl was pissed and high out of her mind, she would have freaked out after firing the first shot.

Clearly not everyone on here is provided will all the information, or they do not wish to seek it out.
Time and time again people are claiming she hit him with every shot and she couldnt be that accurate but that is not the case. She missed twice and two holes were found in the wall behind the couch. She went 3 for 5 from a distance of a few feet away. She then put one into his temple at point blank that caused the most damage.
People keep claiming that a silencer explains the no gunshots heard part but forget that it was the 4th of July and that use of a silencer is easily detectable in many ways.
Everyone’s up in arms about the Myspace posting without understanding how the time stamping and profile updating of that site works. This has been explained already yet many choose not to believe it.
Why the craving for an alternate explaination and not wanting to believe the facts of the case? I can understand this craving in other arenas like the Kennedy Assassination and the Moon Landings, since there are obvious agendas at work there, but why here? Is it just human nature or is it TV shows that make us want some ficticious and sensationalized ending to every story? Are people afraid to believe that some 100lb 20yr old nut job could have bought a gun, learned to use it, and then killed a great and highly regarded football player? Someone explain this to me….

Regardless of what time and date may be set on a cell phone, MySpace isn’t going to record the date of the accessing device as the “last logged in” date. That’s set by their internal computers. If a person creates an account with MySpace, part of the set up is the “time zone” of the person’s choice. After that, MySpace takes over regarding date and time a person logs in to their account.
So, this Jett Jackson could not log in on July 4th and somehow MySpace records it as July 2nd.
Two “gangsta-wannabe’s” will likely soon get the true gangster experience when law enforcement arrests them on two counts of premeditated first-degree murder. Each.

We previously have ignored the information, primarily because we couldn’t reconcile the apparently organized nature of what might be a double murder made to look like a murder-suicide with the clearly disorganized ramblings that had been posted for the world to see.
Thing is you could reconcile any real evidence that she killed McNair either but it didn;t stop you accusing her to the point of it being unhealthy. Seems you are trying to play down thistoo because it doesn;t fit with your opinion/agenda (Lord knows why you would have an agenda on such a thing but it seems you do).

According to Police, Kazemi bought the hand gun from another person, not from a reputable gun dealer. Without a traceable paper-work, this transaction is, at least, very questionable, and may never had happenned. She is dead now, and anyone can testify without fear of perjury.

A bullet to the head would send her body in one direction and the recoil (even from a .22) would send the gun in the other direction.
The only way the gun could end up underneath her is if it or her bounced off something like a wall or table. Most likely the gun would have had to hit a wall to end up like that.

I am glad the Nashville Police did not make a fast decision to just call the case a murder/suicide. They are playing their cards close to their check and not revealing a lot of info that only the killer would know. There have been no reports stating how Steve or the girl were dressed, if the tv was on, what they were doing when killed. The cops can take their time and get all their facts in order and build a case, even if it’s just a cicumstantial one against the ex-boyfriend. By all accounts the girl was telling family and friends she was happy with Steve and he was going to marry her, but that doesn’t mean Steve told her that, she could have made that part up to make their relationship sound more solid then it was. The level of violence imparted on Steve doesn’t add up if the girl was happy as her friends say she was. The ex boyfriend was not happy and there are even questions about the cop who stopped her and Steve for the DUI on Thursday. He got a big career slap from his other encounters with Steve and might have been holding a grudge. Many a rogue cop has thought he could pull off a perfect murder..

The more and more i read here… It really stinks…
This norfleet guy… her off again and on again ex boyfriend from the past is the person she purchased the gun from? That’s odd…. And awful easy for him to come up with alibi why his prints were on there then. Which stinks.. This whole myspace thing stinks. This Jett jackoff guy stinks… And the shot placement, and accuracy stinks…
I’m sorry, but shooting a pistol is different than a shotgun or rifle… The amount of “kick” in the wrist is enough to throw a novice shooter, or rookie, or beginner way off as far as aim and accuracy. I’ve been shooting guns for 30+ years, and i know that you can’t just grab a pistol, shoot it, and be accurate. As the shell leaves the barrel of the pistol, it will force the pistol up… and if you aren’t a skilled shooter, or have had plenty of practice, then there’s no way your going to put 2 in the chest, and in the temple, and walk up to him, turn his head, and one in the other temple, execution style… NO WAY!
This whole 2 in the chest type thing sounds like a gangster thing. and so does walking up to him, layin on the floor, dead… and turning his head, and puttin lead in the other side.. And then turning to her, and putting one square between the eyes.. That’s total gangster, or flat out psychotic killings. And right now, those cops investigating this thing, they outta be on norfleets butt, and jacksons butt like white on rice…
Things just aren’t adding up for this to be a murder-suicide.. This is more of a pissed off ex-boyfriend being jealous, and saying… “if i can’t have her, there’s no way some professional athlete can either”…. It’s a sad situation. But the worst part here is, McNair shouldn’t have been screwing around on his wife. and now his childeren have to grow up without their father around. This is the worst part… You have to feel for his family right now. His wife, and childeren probably never knew about what was going on, and now they are left without him..

When you look at this jett jacksons myspace page, the last login was 7/2/09… And the header on his page had a rip sahel kazemi on it… ok… Sure, possibly his phone could have put the wrong date on there… Sure, it’s thin… Very thin… but it could have… But are you tellin me that myspace is just going to allow him to be online on july 3rd, or july 4th from his apartment or house, or friends house or whatever, and use their computer, and be on myspace and have the CORRECT date shown as last login… And then he uses his phone on july 5th or 6th… or whenever it was that he “found out” about this tragedy, and then it will automatically “back-date” to july 2nd?….. come on.. that’s thin! real thin!…. I don’t believe it one bit… Just lookin at his pic, and the way he talks on his myspace… he just sounds like what i dumped off in the john twice today… I don’t trust him, and this whole thing in my mind is pointing to him being the trigger man… He even looks like the gangster wannabe type that would have carried a gun numerous times in his life, and would possibly be skilled in shooting it. And has probably threatened people with one in his past… He’s the kind of pos that i used to pick on in school, and make his life hell.. For PFT novices, please understand that Florio – until recently – was a practicing attorney. I trust his instincts on this type of thing. Something stinks here and if it was so “open and shut” the thing would be shut by now. Trust in the fact that police would relish the opportunity to close such a case quickly – their inability to do so coupled with the cost and chaos associated with such high profile cases are strong indicators that there is more to the story than a “simple” murder/suicide.
I am not wanting to speculate on such a tragedy, but my gut says there is something going on with the ex-boyfriend here.
For those of you who continue to post about Florio covering the story in a TMZ-type fashion and not talking hardcore football – there are other sites out there for you, utilize those sites to satiate your meatheaded, grindy football fix. Florio has, and hopefully will continue, to shed light on many aspects of the NFL and stories that are tangential to the NFL. Or simply skip past the story and read the next story that you consider relevant. It takes longer to comment on this story than it would to simply skip it.

I was on “Jett Jackson’s” Myspace page before it was deleted (even then, it was set to private), and the complete quote was more like, “The Caucasian Persuasion riden with Keith. F–k a quarterback – who is Steve McNair in ’09? RIP Sahel Kazemi.” (Jett Jackson called himself “The Caucasian Persuasion” on his Myspace page.)
But maybe you were trying to “translate” his street-talk for the “mainstream” – distill it down to what this guy actually meant…
His mood was set to “Hurtin’ for my nig” (with a grinning smiley at the end of this phrase). I got a different meaning from this than others did: other people thought he was calling McNair the n-word – it sounded more to me like he was a (wannabe) gangsta expressing empathy for his “nig” Keith. (Yeah – some white guys consider themselves – or are considered by others – as “honorary nigs”. Eminem anyone?) Who really knows with this nut-job though?
