Falcons agree with fourth-round pick

With training camps approaching, more and more teams are getting their draft picks under contract.

The Falcons have announced that a deal has been reached with defensive end Lawrence Sidbury, the team's fourth-round selection.

Terms were not disclosed.

The Falcons now have six of their eight draft picks under contract.  Yet to be signed are first-round defensive tackle Peria Jerry and second-round safety William Moore.

UPDATE:  Aaron Wilson reports that it's a four-year deal with a signing bonus just under $445,000.  The contract also includes minimum base salaries and a fourth-year escalator.
