With training camps approaching, more and more teams are getting their draft picks under contract.
The Falcons have announced that a deal has been reached with defensive end Lawrence Sidbury, the team's fourth-round selection.
Terms were not disclosed.
The Falcons now have six of their eight draft picks under contract. Yet to be signed are first-round defensive tackle Peria Jerry and second-round safety William Moore.
UPDATE: Aaron Wilson reports that it's a four-year deal with a signing bonus just under $445,000. The contract also includes minimum base salaries and a fourth-year escalator.
