Graham Harrell, the NCAA Division I career leader in touchdowns, is a walking example of the difference between college and pro football.
Unable to find a job in the NFL, the Texas Tech product is headed north to the CFL. More specifically, he is joining the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Harrell tried out for the Browns earlier this offseason, but never signed a contract. Perhaps due to the ghosts of Kliff Kingsbury and B.J. Symons, Harrell received virtually no interest from the NFL as a possible undrafted free agent.
The Roughriders, 2-0 on the season, now have four quarterbacks on their active roster.

Why doesn't he try out for a UFL Team? He's a better quarterback than the other bums from Tech.
Good signing by the Green Riders. And he's in a good position as Durant is entrenched as the starter so Harrell can learn the game at his own pace.
Riders are a serious defensive presence that can easily win the West this season, especially with Calgary and BC starting 0-2.

Its nice when someone other than Florio posts, this article did not make fun of Harrell because he had to go north to play football and there was nothing about "Lord" Favre. Well done.
Too bad Travis Henry wasn't a felon, he would have been perfect for the Roughriders, and it could have come with a built-in sponsor ship from Trojan. http://bit.ly/4D6YuM
Does the CFL play games on Ice or grass?
Flutie, Moon, Garcia also were not considered good enough for the Nfl so also went there.
Maybe Gruden can get a coaching job there since they have so many QBs.
