Seventh-round running back Javarris Williams signed his rookie deal with the Kansas City Chiefs today, the team announced.
Williams rushed for a school-record 4,329 career yards and 42 touchdowns at Tennessee State.
The 5’10,” 223-pounder also caught 58 passes for 788 yards and two touchdows.
He was named the Ohio Valley Conference Offensive Player of the Year as he averaged 103.7 rushing yards per contest and scored 96 points, earning first-team All-American distinction from the American Football Coaches Association.
