The Dallas Cowboys have signed seventh-round cornerback Mike Mickens and seventh-round wide receiver Manuel Johnson, according to a league source.
Both signed four-year contracts. Mickens received a $55,000 signing bonus and Johnson received a $51,750 signing bonus.
The total value of Mickens’ contract is $1.805 million, and Johnson’s deal is worth $1.801 million. That doesn’t include the standard fourth-year escalator clause.
A first-team All-Big East Conference selection, Mickens intercepted 14 career passes as the University of Cincinnati’s all-time career leader.
Johnson registered 119 career receptions for 1,710 yards and 17 touchdowns at Oklahoma.
