As first reported by ESPN’s Sal Paolantonio, Plaxico Burress will appear in front of a grand jury Wednesday.
The Mike Garafolo of the Newark Star Ledger confirmed the news on his Twitter account Tuesday, after receiving an email from Burress’ lawyer.

The grand jury is considering whether to indict Burress on felony gun charges. We learned Tuesday that the District Attorney’s office in New York City also plans to indict Burress’ teammate Antonio Pierce.
