Max is Unger Contract

On Tuesday, Florio put out the challenge to create the goofiest/groan-inducing headline

Here’s my entry for the day.

[Editor's note:  I would have gone with "Unger, Seahawks not an odd couple."]

The Seahawks agreed to terms with second-round offensive lineman Max Unger to a four-year deal.  He will earn $1.95 guaranteed in a contract that climbs over $3 million, according to the Seattle Times

Unger can play multiple positions, but it appears he’ll start his career out in Seattle at guard.

He could challenge for a starting job right away.

Let’s hope he becomes a star, because Max Unger is a classic name for an offensive lineman.  Fun to write. If you are born Max Unger, there is no way you’re returning punts.
