Michael Oher contract details

Baltimore Ravens first-round offensive tackle Michael Oher’s five-year deal includes a total maximum value of roughly $13.8 million and $7.8 million in combined guaranteed money plus his playing-time incentive, according to a league source.

A consensus All-American from Ole Miss, Oher receives a $940,000 roster bonus this year.

And the 23rd overall pick of the NFL Draft is due a $4.7 million option bonus next March.

Oher is expected to take a physical today and hold a press conference along with Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome.

His first practice of training camp is set for Friday morning at McDaniel College in Westminster, Md.

Let’s hope his shoulder doesn’t break while running into a brick wall like mendenhalls did. Think this is a great signing, guy is a monster should be good for many years to come.

You should also hope he doesnt go instantly brain dead while running into a brick wall like McGahee did……does he even know his name yet?
But I agree, that was a good signing for the ravens…..
