I disagree with the term holdout when it comes to players not under contract… Roddy White is a holdout IMO–

No.
Neither Shaun Alexander nor Lawyer Milloy are affiliated with a team. They are not withholding services from anyone, they are simply unemployed.
If a player is withholding services in hopes of more money, which is what most first round picks usually do, then they are a holdout.
If your question was serious, you’re a moron. If it was an attempt at humor, you failed and should probably look into getting someone to write your jokes for you.
