NFC South training camp one-liners

Falcons WR Roddy White doesn’t think his holdout will have a negative impact on team chemistry.

LB Jon Beason and RB DeAngelo Williams returned to the field for the late Panthers practice.

Saints CB Malcolm Jenkins had a rough first practice after missing 11 days of camp.

Buccaneers coach Raheem Morris downplayed the release of the team’s first depth chart.

The Falcons shuffled their secondary by moving Erik Coleman to strong safety and Thomas DeCoud to free safety.

Rookie DT Vance Walker has caught the eyes of Falcons coaches with his pass rushing skills.

The Falcons released undrafted rookie WR Darren Mougey.

Panthers owner Jerry Richardson, still recovering from a heart transplant, stopped by camp and addressed the players.

Because they work out together in the offseason, Panthers LS J.J. Jansen is a little uncomfortable about being Jason Kyle’s replacement.

The Panthers are hoping to fill the void left by DT Maake Kemoeatu by playing with speedier players up front.

The Saints placed TE Dan Campbell on injured reserve, signed G Nathan Bennett and released G Joe McMahon.

A return of his habit of dropping passes may have WR Devery Henderson moving down the Saints’ depth chart.

The Saints have been taking a look at playing DE Tony Hargrove inside on pass rushing situations.

A hamstring injury shortly after returning to practice is going to make it hard for Angelo Crowell to make the Buccaneers’ linebacker rotation.

To simulate crowd noise, the Buccaneers offense ran drills backed up against their goal line with the Beastie Boys blaring from loudspeakers.

Buccaneers QB Josh Freeman struggled during his time at the helm of the offense in 11-on-11 drills.

The continue reading thing REALLY, REALLY sucks. I see its a cheap ploy to get more clicks but I’m just gonna avoid one-liners until you guys get your shit together.

The Bucs played the Beastie Boys on their loudspeakers during drills. ♪ BRASS MONKEY! That funky monkey!♪
The Falcons DT depth chart is it’s best since…….. maybe ever. Peria Jerry the 1st round pick starting alongside speedy penetrator Jonathan Babineaux, with 2007 6th rounder back from year long injury Trey Lewis at 325 lbs. with speed and athleticism, young veteran Jason Jefferson a valuable reserve and in his second year with the team, and the aforementioned Vance Walker on the bench learning the ropes. This D-line will hafta make up for possible deficiencies with the young secondary. Look out, y’all!
