Bills coach Dick Jauron professed himself pleased with the way the Bills’ no-huddle offense performed on Sunday night.

Dolphins coach Tony Sparano said that he’s happy with the progress shown by QB Chad Henne.

Said Patriots QB Tom Brady on playing Thursday, “I hope so. We haven’t talked about it, but [coach Bill Belichick] told the guys ‘everybody needs to be ready to play.’ So I’m expecting to play.”

With his father in attendance, Jets QB Mark Sanchez had a strong day of practice.


The Bills re-signed DB Antwain Spann and signed OL Christian Gaddis after they placed DE Jermaine McGhee and C Marvin Philip on the waived/injured list.

Bills T Brad Butler returned to practice and showed no ill effects from last week’s lower back injury.
