The Indianapolis Colts have announced a series of roster moves.
They’ve waived/injured receiver Roy Hall, a fifth-round pick in 2007. If unclaimed by any other team, he’ll land in injured reserve.
Also, the Colts inked running back Walter Mendenhall, the brother of Steelers running back Rashard Mendenhall, who was a first-round pick in the 2008 draft.
The Colts also waived guard Tom Pestock, signed defensive end Rudolph Hardie, and activated receiver Sam Giguere from the physically unable to perform list.
And thus ends the career of Roy Hall. The guy is a physical specimen who, unfortunately, has no CLUE how to play wr or stay healthy. He was a beast on special teams though, was just never out there.
And thus begins the career of Walter Mendenhall, again.
Florio, you’re an idiot. The way you wrote the article you made it sound as if Walter Mendenhall was drafted in the 1st round. No reason to put a comma after Rashard Mendenhall. The comma would refer you back to the person mentioned before the first comma. English 101!
