Thirteen is universally recognized as the unluckiest of numbers.
In Week Thirteen of the 2009 season, fans in Atlanta who still have an affinity for Mike Vick will be feeling anything but unlucky.
On December 6, Vick and the Eagles will head to the Georgia Dome for a game that’s currently due to begin at 1:00 p.m. ET.
Our first thought was that NBC would flex the game to prime time. However, FOX has the ability to protect a certain number of games from being moved to 8:20 p.m. ET, and FOX undoubtedly will keep Eagles-Falcons.
That said, the league might move it to 4:15 p.m. ET, since Week Thirteen is a FOX doubleheader weekend. To make that work, however, the league might have to move Cowboys-Giants to 1:00 p.m. — or to allow it to possibly be flexed to NBC in place of Pats-Fins.
