The NFL suspended linebacker Vince Redd four games Monday, according to Scout’s Adam Caplan.
Redd was involved in a transaction earlier Monday, when the Kansas City Chiefs cut him. (I’m no detective, but these two events may be connected.)
It’s unclear presently what policy Redd violated, as the league hasn’t announced the suspension yet. Don’t feel bad if you haven’t heard of Redd; he’s mostly been a practice squad player who got in a few games for New England last year.
This suspension increases the chances you won’t hear from Redd again.
