Based on what? He looked slow last night. Don’t really think he’d be much of a receiver or ball carrier. Can he even catch? If you want to take McNabb out and put Vick in I’m good with that but the Eagirls have better options at the other skill positions than Vick.

Just bc Detroit should have been charged with strong arm robbery for taking what Dallas gave up for Roy, and just bc Dallas paid him Fitz money does NOT make him an elite WR. Period. He has his moments where he flashes an athletic play(well he did a few years back on the Lions, nothing so far in Dallas) and will then disappear for sometimes multiple game stretches. His stats were inflated from playing next to Calvin Johnson, who took Roy’s job as a rookie during mid season. Roy is a very good “#2″ WR and nothing more. The Boys totally skewed the trade compensation for a decent WR in favor of the team trading the WR. I do think however, that the rest of the league will not allow the Lion’s compensation received for Roy or the subsequent ridiculous amnt of money the turds over-paid him to be used as an example in contract negotiations.

I was talking to my best friend (who is a Steelers fan) and another close friend (Dallas fan) the day before Vick signed, about Vick signing with the Steelers (since Florio had about a dozen posts that lead one to believe he would sign with Pitt) and everyone in the conversation agreed. Whoever gets Vick is getting a GREAT weapon without giving up anything and that everyone has a 2nd chance. I know that I would HATE to have to play Dallas or Pitt if they had gotten Vick. But bc the EAGLES got him and NOT Dallas, it’s all the sudden a “bad thing” that Philly fans have to “deal with”. Oh and wheres all the VIDEO of the tons of protesters who were going to be passionately attacking the Eagles FO for signing Vick? Oh yea, like Ive been saying for almost 2 weeks now, the drama DOESNT EXIST in Philly besides a handful of losers who arent Eagles fans who are desperate for airtime. No matter how bad the media and Dallas fans would LOVE their to be some big issue in Philly with the signing of Vick, there isn’t. The city is very excited as you could see when Vick got a standing ovation to welcome him in when all everyone was saying was how he would get booed by all the angry fans. Too bad there isnt many mad Eagles fans, only mad fans are those of the Cowboys since they have to see Vick twice a year on a team that was already one of if not the fastest in the NFL.

Steelers4life….Its not like Cowboys fans comment on everything Eagles or anything. You know Boys fans just stick to their own posts and are very respectful of other teams posts. You would NEVER catch a Dallas fan trying to stir things up on every Eagles post, no way no how. HAHAH. I find it hilarious that it seems to be a pretty uniform thing amongst Dallas fans to accuse and ridicule others for doing the same things (but to a much lessor degree) that they are notorious for. Can you imagine what Dallas fans would be saying if THEY got Vick?
