The Broncos already are thin at receiver, thanks to the suspension of receiver Brandon Marshall.
They've also lost another wideout, thanks to an injury.
Jabar Gaffney suffered a broken thumb at practice on Friday, according to Jeff Legwold of the Denver Post.
Gaffney, who signed with Denver after spending time with coach Josh McDaniels as a member of the Patriots, is expected to miss several weeks.

Dear Brandon Marshall,
You're an idiot, and I hope you're never happy in life.
Sincerely,
Denver
Marvin Harrison
How about a live blog, so we can discuss the situation further? Or at least make some smart-assed comments.
Yeah, where is that live blog you promised, BTW? The game has already started.
I feel bad for Gaffney. He played very well for the Pats and made a lot of clutch catches. Was sorry to see him go but happy he went to the Donks where McDaniels would still be coaching him.
Get well soon Jabar !
Maybe the broncos will try and go after hank baskett or reggie brown of the eagles
