Monday's Dateline looks at Steve McNair's murder

Since we’re in full-pimp mode for all things NBC, we noticed during one of the breaks from Sunday night’s Bears-Broncos game that Monday night’s Dateline will focus on the July 4 murder-suicide involving former NFL quarterback Steve McNair and his mistress, Sahel “Jenni” Kazemi.

The commercial teases the existence of crime-scene evidence undermining the conclusion that Kazemi shot McNair and then herself.

So tune in tomorrow night at 10:00 p.m. ET.  On NBC.

Cue the NBC three-note calling card.

There was a terrible rumor making the rounds here in Nashville that Sahel had performed a ‘Lorena Bobbitt’ on Steve; that being the reason for the delay and the freakyness surrounding the 9-11 call to police.
It’s not quelled just yet, not completely, but the coroner’s office has said again that Steve was ‘intact’.
The Chief didn’t help matters in his live Q & A on a local radio show, when he was asked about how Sahel had wound up on the floor on top of the gun. Serpas tried to explain that Sahel had wanted to ‘sit in his lap’ but then went on to say that certain details were withheld ‘to protect the families’. That show aired right after the official PD statement on Wednesday, July 8.

I’m sure all the fans that care already know enough about this sad circumstance. It’s also sad that McNairs’ family has to see this “relived” on T.V, again.

Well kudo’s to Dateline.Being a native Nasvillian and a Titans fan, I never believed this BS anyway. It was about noon on July 4th when Mac was asleep on the couch is questionable at best, then a so-called friend finds the bodies and waits about 30 more minutes and then calls Big Daddy Gaddy. I hope NBC’s report finds some answers or at least makes some people think about it from a different perspective other than what our PD shoved down our throat. RIP Mac, you are sorley missed

Say what you want about Mcnair, he was dead wrong on what He was doing to his family and reputation. But! He and that girl did not deserve to executed for having an extramarital affair. Come on, we all know who executed those people.
The police just swept this under the rug real quick. Think about It; this girl did not have any connection with the crime underworld. I cannot believe that she had any idea how to go about getting an illegal hand gun from a convicted felon that she did not know.
So! Who else would be pissed off about a black man carrying on around town with a “white” girl? Think about it; who would have the means to carry out the clandestine action of obtaining a weapon connected to a felon and then carrying out the execution in such a careful and exact manner. One bullet in each temple and one in the forehead. That is a signature execution with a message if ever there was one. I doubt his wife even knew about The girl. That leaves only one other faction with a motive. I know most people don’t want to go there, but “there” is where it is. A message and a warning to black athletes; “stay away from our white women”
