On the same day that the Buffalo Bills have forced offensive coordinator Turk Schonert to find a new job, they’ve also traded defensive back Ko Simpson to a new team.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Bills have fed Simpson to the Lions.
In return, the Bills will receive an undisclosed draft pick.
Simpson started 15 games as a rookie in 2006, and eleven in 2008. He created his biggest headline on New Year’s Day, when he was arrested after telling police, “I’m Ko Simpson with the Buffalo Bills. I am worth millions!“
More accurately, he is worth thousands. Then again, he’ll earn a base salary of $1 million in 2009, the final year of his rookie deal.
But that’s before taxes.

Welcome to Motown Ko.
He was gonna get cut tomorrow anyway …..
Simpson better be playing just for the money & not for the pleasure of winning anything.
He goes from a poor Bills team to an absolutely awful Lions team.
If he wants any nice rings to wear on his fingers, he’d better go out & buy them himself. He won’t be getting any from playing with the Lions…
