Cowboys-Vikings one-liners

Cowboys S Patrick Watkins did all he could to make the team with a blocked field goal, interception return for a touchdown and a fourth-down stop on the goal line.

WR Kevin Ogletree, who stands a good chance of making the final Cowboys roster, left the game with a left eye contusion but said he could have returned.

Cowboys QB Jon Kitna fumbled a snap and threw an interception during his quarter-plus leading the offense.

Both Sage Rosenfels and John David Booty failed to impress on Friday night, leaving the Vikings with an unclear backup quarterback picture.

The Vikings saw both LB Erin Henderson and DE Brian Robison carted off the field with injuries.

Vikings WR Darius Reynaud returned a punt 81 yards for a touchdown and added two catches on offense.

  1. “Both Sage Rosenfels and John David Booty failed to impress”
Failed to impress who? According to Childress, he maintains that they might carry 4 QB’s which is just a smokescreen (thanks to Percy’s bong)
In reality, the Vikings could cut two of the QB’s and have them come out the other side of the waiver wire untouched. If Col Klink is so impressed with Booty, cut him and wait till on the other side of the waiver wire to sign him to the practice squad. As for T Jack Off, an illustrious career at Burger King awaits, assuming he doesn’t want to play in Canada.

  2. There is nothing I hate more than Cowboys-Vikings games, because I know it means only one of them, not both, can lose that week. Thank God this time it was only preseason.
The Vikings better hope Henderson’s injury isn’t too serious. That D has a lot of holes already.
