Vikes bounce McCauley

The Minnesota Vikings’ final cuts will include cornerback Marcus McCauley, according to Sean Jensen of the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

McCauley was a third-round pick in the 2007 draft.

He had been battling with Karl Paymah “Rent” and Benny Sapp.

McCauley has less than four years in the league, so he’ll have to go through waivers.

In other words (and as Jensen surmises), we hope Marcus likes living in Motown.

    Paymah outplayed him. Unbelievable.

I liked Mcauley. Chilly has a tendancy to keerp medicre veterans over promising younjhg talent.
Keeping Benny Sapp over Mcauley is pure comedy.
