The Baltimore Ravens have yet to fill up their practice squad, keeping an eighth spot open for now.
They added seven players to it Sunday: receiver Eron Riley, receiver Justin Harper, tackle Stefan Rodgers, tackle Joe Reitz, offensive/defensive lineman Bryan Mattison, linebacker/defensive end William VanDeSteeg, and safety K.J. Gerard.
It’s possible that the eighth man would have been one of the three former Ravens who were gobbled up on waivers by other teams. The Browns claimed running back Cedric Peerman, the Dolphins claimed tight end Davon Drew, and the Lions claimed receiver Yamon Figurs.
