Ron Borges of the Boston Herald writes that Patriots DT Vince Wilfork is in perfect position to press his leverage over the team by holding out this week.
Maybe Wilfork would like finishing his contract in Detroit or Cincinnati.

The Jets should sign Fowler.
They will probably wait under after week #1, though.
I think Washington will play Thursday, despite what they are saying.
If he is healthy enough then he had better play. The Titans need him to play badly…
