Tila Tequila Nguyen, who claims that Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman battered and falsely imprisoned her early Sunday morning, was videotaped and photographed Thursday by a hoard of paparazzi.
And at one point she showed what appeared to be fairly extensive bruising of her arms.

Nguyen tweeted Thursday (and then deleted) that she would be meeting with San Diego prosecutors on Friday. TMZ.com reported Thursday afternoon that the meeting was actually occurring then.
For the case to proceed, it won’t be enough for prosecutors to conclude merely that Nguyen has bruises. The authorities must believe that they have sufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Merriman is responsible for them.
I’d like to see him go to a jury, I highly doubt anyone would show this thug remorse

Tila Tequila, the reality TV star who accused Shawne Merriman of domestic violence last weekend, said via her Twitter feed that she will meet with the San Diego County district attorney’s office on Friday.
Apparently, that is news to the district attorney. Paul Levikow, communications director for the San Diego County DA’s office, told ESPN on Thursday afternoon “that there is no meeting scheduled with Tequila”.
She didn’t “show off” anything. Tnis is getting ridiculous. The media, including you Florio, need to stop making this woman out to be a bold faced liar. She was sitting in her car whent he filth of the world paparazzi scum came up to her. All you do is try to make her look like some whore who deserved to get a beat down because her BF was doing something all men want to do. Get over it and let the court work it out.

If it had been another person, you can be sure that story would already have come out because I’m sure Merriman was the only person of any substance there. I hope he is indicted and the NFL suspends based on his previous indiscretions. This guy is an obvious roid rager with no interest in being a good citizen. Suspend him.
Maybe I am just being negative here, but isn’t it possible, if not likely, she gave herself those bruises over the past few days? if she had these clear bruises on her arms, wouldn’t she have showed them off immediately? instead of waiting until thursday, when he story was clearly unraveling, to make sure she was pictured where someone could easily see her bruised arms? from her constant rants on twitter, (as if we couldn’t have figured it out before) this is a troubled person who is starved for attention and the spotlight. who knows what happened in that house, but i am going to continue to be highly skeptical of anything she has to say.
my suggestion to really all people in the future, not just merriman or athletes, stay away from anyone named “tequila.” sound advice.

Wow, Florio, you’ve really sold your soul didn’t you? After following your site for a couple of years I was happy for you when all your hard work paid off and you were able to fufill your dream and quit your day job to work on football full time. But with a post like this one its sad to see what you’ve had to become in order to do that. Guess its the price you have to pay for success?

Yes, she has the right to due process, but the DA WILL NOT go after her for making a false complaint if the DA doesn’t refer for additional action, period. No matter what she tells the DA – even if she lies to him/her.
How do I know?
Because this case has become high profile enough that certain groups would get very upset if the DA pressed charges against her because it may prevent “other women” who were actually “abused” from coming forward.
That’s what is the most annoying with this case.
I am not a Chargers fan at all, but come on, the guy is innocent until proven guilty. But, yes, how could I forget, real victims first priority is always Twitter, we have to belive her. Roll eyes.
