Oakland was hoping to keep this one under the cuff like the Seymour trade but I guess it is already getting out there.
Looks like he will play safety in Oakland and add some more thump to the package.

I have a feeling he’ll be going to the Redskins. They have the cap room. Corners were shaky at best against the Giants mediocre receivers. Rogers looked good, but Smoot and Hall struggled. CMac is a physical veteran. While he may not have the explosive speed as a DHall, he can surly tackle Manningham in the open field.

Patriots.
They can use the depth, and the veteran leadership. I don’t think C-Mac is a starter in this league anymore, but he’d be a better nickel back than anyone on New England’s depth chart.
Not to mention, Belichick loves signing guys that he can pump information from. And the Ravens are going to Foxborough in Week 4 – that’s no coincidence.
