awesome quote by James Harrison
“Eagles coach Andy Reid shot down the idea that Eagles T Shawn Andrews’s back injury was career-threatening. ”
Marge: [feeling for Homer's breath with her hand] He’s not dead!
Mr. Burns: No, but his career is.
So Orton of the Broncos thinks the team left 150 yards on the field against the … Broncos?
And Bucs D-Coordinator Bill Bates… thinks something…probably along the lines of… “Hey, when did I become a defensive coordinator, I mean I know Jim Bates was bad but to just bring me in off the street and name me the coordinator, yippee for me!”
Who proofreads this crap? Alper’s dog?
“Broncos QB Kyle Orton thinks the team left 150-200 yards on the field against the Broncos.”

Titans QB Vince Young took Steve McNair’s sons to a father-son breakfast organized by their school.

Yeah, Harrison’s quote is “awesome”. Translation:
“If I attempt to use some actual skill in my tackle, I might lose some money. If I risk ending another player’s career with a cheap, lazy tackle, I won’t lose money. I care more about a little bit of my money than someone else’s entire livelihood and physical health. I am today’s NFL.”
Awesome.
Is that 150-200 yards that Orton left on the field minus the 85+ yard gift he got at the end of the game?
Said Steelers LB James Harrison of Titans TE Bo Scaife’s complaints about a hit in last Thursday’s game, “I don’t give a damn what he said. If I hit high, I get fined. If I hit him low, I keep money in my pocket.”
——————-
Great guy this Harrison. He’d rather jeopardize another player’s career than take the risk of losing a couple of bucks.
I love how he says he’ll get fined for hit him high. Well, of course you will… if you go for the guy’s head. Why not try tackling him someplace lower than his neck but above his knees… like where the “cleaner” players tackle people?
Or gee, maybe you should just pushed him outta bounds… maybe that might have worked, eh?
Let’s see how Harrison reacts the next time an opponent goes after his knees in the same way he did to Scaife. Something tells me things will look mighty different to him then…
Broncos QB Kyle Orton thinks the team left 150-200 yards on the field against the Broncos.

You know he will.
Harrison will beat him senseless.
I’m sure you’re already familiar with senseless.
TO JASON HANSEN: Please do not lose this game for us like you did last year (twice)…
