The Colts play their first full game this year without Anthony Gonzalez on Monday Night. On Saturday, their injury report revealed they may be without another pass-catcher.
Tight end Gijon Robinson was added to the injury report as questionable with a back injury, and safety Jamie Silva was added with an abdomen injury.
Robinson was expected to have a bigger role catching the ball because Gonzalez is expected to miss at least a month. Pierre Garcon is expected to get his first career start at wide receiver.
The Colts also declared safety Bob Sanders and tight end Tom Santi out for the game, as expected. Indianapolis took on the defending AFC East champion Dolphins, who will be desperate to avoid an 0-2 hole.
Dolphins Akin Ayodele was listed as questionable after missing Saturday’s practice with a back injury. Ayodele was able to practice fully Thursday and Friday, so it’s uncertain if he had a setback.

Sorry Colts fans….After watching the Jags getting destroyed at halftime from the Cardinals, I think its safe to say your team finally has fell back into reality…Yes, teams have figured out all of the little tricks that the Colts run. I’ve seen it, players on opposing teams used to fear playing against it, now they are relishing it especially if they play the Colts 2 times a year. Defensive backs are jumping the routes, ends are sacking Manning, and now their beloved passing game cannot open up the running game, use your common sense…Has anyone thought for one second that maybe its the formations, familiar playcalling, Manning consistant playcalling under 10 seconds of the playclock that has caused the lack of a running game, I’m guessing that its not the offensive line so much. Its defenses figuring this team out, they know the formula, they know what he’s doing, how he’s doing it. Once an innovative offense is no more, now its just repetitive nonsense, poor coaching, lack of talent and relying on a prominant hall of famer to execute perfectly, if not they lose, I’ve never heard of any other team in the NFL putting so much on one player, not even Brett Favre, John Elway, Joe Montana have had the burden of success on thier shoulders as Manning has. Colts fans are in for a long year.
