Bo won’t go for Titans

An extra three days of time between games wasn’t enough for Titans tight end Bo Scaife’s knee to heal enough for him to play against the Texans on Sunday. He’s inactive for the AFC South clash at LP Field in Nashville.

Alge Crumpler will take Scaife’s place in the starting lineup and rookie third-round pick Jared Cook will make his NFL debut after missing the opener with an ankle injury. Defensive end Jacob Ford, who had a half-sack against the Steelers, is also inactive for the Titans.

The Texans are going to be without wideout Kevin Walter for the second straight week. Jacoby Jones will take his place on the starting offense, as last week’s replacement Andre’ Davis is also on the inactive list this week. And, also for the second straight week, Rex Grossman is Matt Schaub’s backup with Dan Orlovsky holding down the third quarterback spot.

Rotoworld’s got the rest of the inactives for the Texans, Titans and everyone else.
