You do know that tripping opposing players is not something discovered Sunday night by Adams. He was penalized according to the rules. That is hardly Dahmer worthy, unless you meant Vick. Once the player was hurt it should be apparent that kicking at knees is not very sportsmanlike. He made amends by later trying to trip Osi. I know stuff happens in a game, but Adams is not man enough to admit he caused harm. Being a liar just compounds his low status.”
My point is that tripping is nowhere near as dangerous as the Cowboys haters (and there is no shortage of them on this site) make this incident out to be. As you say, he was penalized according to the rules, and it has been determined that the appropriate punishment is far below what many here would like to see. Of course, what Adams did carries a risk but an injury like Tuck’s is basically a fluke. 99 times out of 100, noone will get hurt. This was the unfortunate exception. If it was a Cowboy that got hurt by a Giant, most people here would see that.

I bet you did not know Giants Stadium is just 13 miles from midtown Manhattan. Your new mausoleum is 25 miles from downtown Dallas near Arlington. Oh, I see. States matter, but cities do not. I do not hate the Cowboys. The team has been very successful overall. I guess hating is a pre-requisite to Cowboy fandom. It must be a JJ thing.

Hey Guys: Sultan Jerry and his oil baron co-owners own the NFL and along with it the commissioner(good ole Roger). Suspend a Dallas Cowboy , a member of America’s team, you are crazy. Heck he is just a good old boy ( not to talented) who has to resort to dirty play to do his job. Plus he is just a reflection of his Coaches and Owner, who are above rules. To the rest of the owners, could it be that the high ratings were not to see the Ego-maniac clear the crust out of his nose ( predictable) but to watch the Giants play the game as a class act. Dallas and Sultan Jerry make the Raiders, Al Davis and their California fans look wholesome.

To all the GIANT fans!You are correct in saying the Cowboys are not that good and havent been in a long time. I agree! Much help is needed in many areas and this will probably not be a winning season. But unlike you I am not kidding myself by saying we are the best team in the NFL. They are not even close to. Your DC is gone and the D is going to sufffer with or without all your starters. Spags was the best coach on your staff. Eli has gotten better but not a top 5 QB. Your young recievers are OK but the Dallas secondary suck the bag. The turn overs that happened during the game were because of terrible QB judgement and fluck (off Wittens foot) plays . It wasnt pressure or caused by some outstanding D play.Wake up and get real.

You will not see an apology when this person pretends to not understand the concept of the word, ‘bush.’ Who amongst us does not understand its meaning? Then, he claims he did not know Tuck was hurt. The classiest remark was denying it was his fault. Yes, teams from both sides get penalized. Tuck missed the rest of the game and may not play this week. If a person makes a mistake, then the penalty should settle the matter. When a player is injured due to that mistake, then the perpetrator should recognize the fault. Adams is a liar and a cheat. Do you really think he will apologize?

Ha, it’s really funny how the Cowgirls fans can’t come to grips with the fact that the Giants just might be a better team.
Their argument: Romo threw 3 picks, the defense couldn’t cover anyone, the pass rush was horrible and they still almost won.
Try a look on the other side. The Giants played turnover free football, the receivers ran wild. But the usually stout defense let up 200+ yards on the ground, the best running offense in the league couldn’t get moving, the giants left a lot of points on the field with red zone issues, and they managed to let the cowboys get away with a close one. Had the giants not had their red zone issues and the defense played like it did last year, the Giants murder the Cowboys.
See how easy it was to flip all the Cowgirls arguments upside down?
Come to grips Cowpoke fans. Your team just isn’t that good. It’s a team that hasn’t won a playoff game in forever and didn’t even make the playoffs last year. And what has changed to make you think it’s a better team? Your 0 impact players from free agency and the draft? Come on now. The Cowboys are a mediocre team at best and won’t get any better any time soon. Sorry, but it’s true.

Only he can connect Pierce’s actions with Plax to the low-life, cheating Adams deliberate injury-seeking kicks. Pierce, at least, went before a grand jury and could have faced incarceration. Now, I agree the redskins are clearly not very good, and their QB is far below average – they will clearly be the bottom of the NFCEast this year. But the NFC East only has four teams in it. As bad as I think the redskins are, how can they have the 6th best QB?
Also, I am not so sure Romo is anything to Brag about… He is average, plain and simple. Not awful, not great, just average. Oh, and he chokes in key moments, at least he’s got that going for him.

Yes, I am happy that the Giants won on a last second field goal. It’s far better than losing on a last second field goal, wouldn’t you say? Dallas lost for a number of reasons — not just turnovers. They couldn’t stop the Giants from moving the ball, and couldn’t cause any turnovers themselves. Patrick Crayton needs to learn how to catch the football, and Roy Williams proved that he’s average at best when going up against a decent corner. See you at Giants Stadium in December, when Romo is at his best.

Dallas allowed almost 300 yards of passing to a WR has is a third down specialist and a WR who had like 7 catches total in the NFL before the Cowboys game. Be honest, do YOU think Dallas is that good? Not only does Adams not appology for his lapse in judgement, he actually insults Tuck for falling down on the play (a results of Adams’ trip). Amazing. Not surprise though; that organization is rotten from the head on down. I hope the Boys enjoyed their shot at beating Blue w out Canty, Tuck, Ross, Dockery and a banged up Kenny P.

Speaking without any bias toward either the Giants or Cowboys, it looked to me like Flozell Adams did not plan on tripping Tuck. He was beat and he stuck his leg out almost on instinct, like it was almost an involuntary reflex. Afterward, Adams looked like he was mad at himself for doing that. He wasn’t high-fiving anyone.
Was it illegal? Definitely yes. It just wasn’t evil. It shouldn’t have happened but it did. Adams should apologize to Tuck.
Good luck to both the Giants and Cowboys on Sunday. Both teams are very good.

you been smoking crack with Marion Barry again? For all the hundreds of millions of dollars spent, the Deadskins couldn’t even hang around in the same ballpark with the Giants. And who are you calling overrated? The Deadskins blew a first round pick on their QB, and he’s probably the 5th or 6th best QB in the NFCE. Snyder absolutely can’t wait to replace him with a warm body. Better a smirk-faced winner than a stern-faced loser like Jason Campbell. Romo had as many TD passes in one season as Campbell has had in his entire 5 year career and is currently out-scoring him four TDs to one.

Flozell did what most O-Linemen do every game. Watch close you see it all the time. He is the most penalized player because of false starts ,he has only 2 personal fouls in the last 7 years.
