Hayden, Brackett will miss SNF

The Colts defense will be without a couple more starters — linebacker Gary Brackett and cornerback Kelvin Hayden — Sunday night when they take on the Cardinals on Sunday Night Football.

Brackett (knee) and Hayden (hamstring) did not make the trip to Arizona. They join two other Colts starters who were already ruled out, safety Bob Sanders and wide receiver Anthony Gonzalez.

Linebacker Clint Session and defensive end Dwight Freeney, who were listed as questionable on Friday with ankle and back injuries respectively, did make the trip.

So an already difficult challenge against the Cardinals explosive offense just got a little tougher for the 2-0 Colts.

The Cardinals will win. It’s hard to catch Larry Fitzgerald when your feet feel like boat anchors.

Cardinals will win. Peyton Manning will throw 3 ints. Larry will have 200 rec yards and 4 tds.

You guys are funny, Peyton just needs few minutes to beat the Cardinals and he will do it in his usually classy fashion, no bells and whistle, he just gets it done!

Watching these two quarterbacks play is a great part of football. Both of them can be like surgeons picking apart defenses. Peyton never ceases to amaze me by winning at least 30% more games than his team should. The Colt’s run defense is pitiful, and that’s putting it kindly. Kurt is just plain impressive when he’s having a good game. Both guys are total class acts and have the respect of everyone. I’ll go ahead and pick against Peyton in this one, the Colts have too many injuries (4) to their starters on defense. Kurt will be able to move them in the air, and a gentle breeze can move the Colts on the ground. I agree that Larry Fitzgerald will have a big game. Look for Kurt to win this matchup against Peyton by a big margin. Even Peyton can’t do it alone. It will be fun to watch.
