Jamal Lewis won't go vs. Ravens

No real surprise after he missed practice Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, but Browns running back Jamal Lewis didn’t make the trip to Baltimore and will not play Sunday.

So Lewis now joins kicker Phil Dawson on the shelf as Cleveland tries to avoid 0-3. In place of Lewis, you can expect to see four-year veteran Jerome Harrison.

The Browns also left behind offensive linemen Rex Hadnot (knee) and Floyd Womack (ankle).

The Browns also made a roster move today, waiving running back Cedric Peerman to make room for kicker Billy Cundiff who will kick in place of Dawson.

you mean our starting tailback, kicker, and a starting guard wont be making the trip where an already terrible offense will take on one of the best defenses in the league?
awesome maybe we’ll get to see some 2nd teams action by halftime.

Looks like the Ravens can play the taxi driver squad instead of the taxi squad for this one. 41-0
