Chiefs wide receiver Dwayne Bowe and Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb are both inactive for today’s 1 p.m. start in Philly.
Bowe’s been nursing a hamstring injury all week. McNabb is still convalescing from the broken rib he suffered in Week 1.
Eagles running back Brian Westbrook is also sitting this one out. Rookie LeSean McCoy will go in place of Westbrook.
