WR Walter active for Texans

Kevin Walter is going to play for the first time this season as the Houston Texans take on Jacksonville.

Walter, one of the Houston wideouts not named Andre Johnson, missed the first two games with a hamstring injury. Meanwhile, another Texans wideout, Andre Davis, will not play.
