The Chicago Bears have done a Tuesday roster shuffle, dropping cornerback DeAngelo Smith and re-signing linebacker Darrell McClover.
McClover spent three years with the team, working primarily on special teams. As Brad Biggs of the Chicago Sun-Times points out, McClover was inked for his special-teams skills. He also will provide depth at the linebacker position if the team has any further injury difficulties.
Pisa Tinoisamoa (knee) and/or Hunter Hillenmeyer (rib) could play this week against the Lions.
Hunter...do us all a favour and take the week off, Roach is capable and he does not play touch football. He might be book smarts, but he's not football smart ! Slow and gentle does not make a good MLB.
What the hell is this doing on PFT? Isnt there something else to report on like Favre scratched his balls or actually bought that big screen TV he has been waffling on...
Amen to the previous post about Hunter. He is great for a one game spot play, but no way is he a tone setter for the defense.
