In the clearest sign yet that the New England Patriots will bring back linebacker Junior Seau for a 20th season, a league source tells us that the Pats worked out Seau on Tuesday.
Seau reportedly took a physical for the team last week.
He has said he’d be ready to re-join the team as early as November. But that timetable apparently has accelerated.
Last year, Seau re-signed with the Pats in December.
